A young professional eager to learn and make-- with a slightly unusual name.
I’m told “Sandbank” was given to my grandfather at Ellis Island to conform his incompatible multi-syllabic Germanic original last name to something American sounding- and “Sandbank” Sounded close enough.
That being said, I am also told no one’s names were changed like that at Ellis Island. So, I can’t explain the last name. As for my first, well, my parents liked it, and I do too.
I got into making videos when I was in middle school making a series called “Middle School Monthly”. I’d make skits with my friends about whatever dumb idea I could come up with- and I soon became glued to the dictionary-thick Mac running the original version of Final Cut making whatever stupid ideas I thought would be funny. And, they were funny… to me.
Today, I use my video making gift to solve logistical problems with creative solutions. Whether it be product showcases, YouTube video essay deep-dives, or a brand ad, I use my clean style to obtain real results. I do not finish the edit until it can do what it needs to, and that’s why you hire me over someone else. No half measures.
I am quincy sandbank
I found a 35mm film camera at Goodwill. So, I took this neat photo as soon as I got back to the studio.
